We keep customer data for one year only. After one year, data is permanently deleted from active systems and backups according to retention controls.

Service Scope

These terms govern access to and use of Digitivia AI Agent, including connected channels, dashboards, analytics, and automation features. The service is provided by Digitivia, Building No.1, Chillout Lotus Maxim, 3rd Floor, Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt (CR 272529).

Acceptance

By using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of your organization.

Permitted Use

You must use the platform lawfully, avoid abusive or harmful content, and follow channel-provider requirements and local regulations.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for account credentials, workspace access, connected integrations, and activity performed by authorized users.

Availability and Liability

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We continuously improve reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability in all cases. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digitivia's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt. For EU-based users, mandatory consumer protection rights under your local laws shall continue to apply where required.

Updates to Terms

We may update these terms when features, legal requirements, or provider rules change. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
